WILL is a labor of Love for Ruby Brock the organization's founder and Executive Direction. Ruby is an ethical and dedicated educator having served the education community for close to 30 years. She was inspired to start the Westmoreland Institute for Lifelong Learning when she recognized the significant learning gaps among students, stemming from a lack of diverse instructional approaches tailored to different learning abilities. With a passion for community Ms. Brock is creating to a learning environment where every student is given their own pathway to success.
